Over the past few months of playing live shows, I found myself reccomending 'Don't Be Sad, Be Rad!' despite the fact that I don't really play all that many songs from that record, whereas I play 'Wasting Your Life From 9 To 5' in almost it's entirety.

I decided that whilst I like the vibe of the recordings I initially did, I could do the songs from that EP far better than how they turned originally out due to just being far more confident and experienced, but I didn't want to just put out a redone version of the EP and call it a day, so I also wanted to bundle it together with some new songs, these including 'Going To @Bristol' and 'The Next Day', which were originally going to be a standalone single.

I hope everyone enjoys these new and definitive versions of some old songs, as well as some of the newer material that I have come up with to stand alongside them!

Recorded at Radical Westy Studio, Wiltshire on a Tascam Porta 02 with Type II tape.

Redundant and unnecessary. But this band is so damn good imo that it's still a good listen.
